To Get Confirmed Tickets for Statue of Unity, Please Book Your Reservation Before 07 Days of Check-in.
For those who book their package on Monday, they will be able to visit statue of unity visit on Tuesday morning.

Inclusions

Complimentary pick up on SIC basis from Ekta Nagar Railway Station (Kevadia) (Pick up timings: 07:45 AM and 11:00 AM)
2 bottles of mineral water per cottage.
Internal transfers on SIC basis for the mentioned sightseeing.
All meals, as per the presented timings.
Sightseeing with entry tickets as per itinerary.
Complimentary drop to Ekta Nagar Railway Station (Kevadia) on SIC basis at 08:00 PM (if required)
**Note: Guests can avail of hop-on hop-off bus service, provided by the SOU authority from Tuesday to Sunday – 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM on a chargeable basis.

Exclusions

Foreigner Viewing Gallery or Express tickets (The same can be purchased from soutickets.in in advance only)
Viewing Gallery and Laser Show tickets for kids between 3 to 6 years of age.
Anything which is not mentioned in the itinerary.
Private Transfers.

Standard Cancellation/Modification and Refund Policy

• 100% refund if cancelled before 20 days of scheduled arrival.
• 50% refund if cancelled before 10 days of scheduled arrival (but less than 20 days)
• No refund if cancelled less than 10 days prior to scheduled arrival.
• In case of any date change ₹1500/- per tent + 18% GST will be charged. (Rate difference shall be levied)
• Rates are exclusive of applicable taxes and GST shall be charged as per applicable
• In case of triple occupancy, any person above 6 yrs. of age will be charged as an extra person (with mattress)
• Booking can be made/ processed under one main guest’s name, and that guest should be travelling. In the absence of the named guest, name change charges of ₹1500 + 18% (GST) will be applicable.
• The refund process will usually take 21 working days from the date of refund requests raised The refund requests can only proceed via email (booking@arihanttours.com)
• Refunds will be processed through bank transfer only
