Booking Policy

Booking Confirmation:

When you make a booking for the Statue of Unity Tent City 1 through Arihant Tours, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of your booking. This confirmation email will contain all the details of your booking, including the check-in and check-out dates, the total price of your stay, and any additional services you have requested.

Payment:

To secure your booking, you will be required to pay a deposit at the time of booking. The deposit amount will be stated in the booking confirmation email. The balance payment will be due upon check-in at Statue of Unity Tent City 1.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 100% refund if cancelled before 20 days of scheduled arrival.
• 50% refund if cancelled before 10 days of scheduled arrival (but less than 20 days).
• No refund if cancelled less than 10 days prior to scheduled arrival.

Modification Policy:

In case of any date change ₹1500/- per tent + 18% GST will be charged. (Rate difference shall be levied). Name changes will be treated as cancellations only.

Damage and Cleaning Fees:

Any damage caused to the Statue of Unity Tent City 1 property during your stay will be charged to your account. Additionally, if excessive cleaning is required after your stay, a cleaning fee will also be charged to your account.

Additional Services:

If you require any additional services, such as transportation or activities, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to arrange these for you.

Liability:

Statue of Unity Tent City 1, Arihant Tours, and its affiliates will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property while on the premises. Guests are advised to take appropriate precautions and to ensure that their property is secure at all times.

Note:

Please note that Arihant Tours is only a service partner for booking the Statue of Unity Tent City 1. The actual management and operation of the property are handled by the management of Statue of Unity Tent City 1. By making a booking through Arihant Tours, you agree to these Booking Policies. Note that the organizer reserves all rights to make any changes without prior notice.
